Environmental engineer, formerly at KTH Stockholm. Leads our lifecycle carbon strategy and the seasonal thermal storage programme.

Henrik Lindqvist
Director, Smart Systems
Embedded systems architect. Designed the Casa Nova ambient intelligence layer used across the portfolio.

Yuki Tanaka
Director, Materials
Materials scientist and craft historian. Maintains the Casa Nova materials library and oversees regional sourcing.
Construction
Tomás Ferreira
Director, Construction
Site engineer with two decades of low-carbon builds. Manages prefabrication partners and on-site assembly.
Community
Sofia Almeida
Director, Community
Runs the apprentice programme and the knowledge commons. Former curator at the Lisbon Architecture Triennale.
